And above all the methods,Ma found out about the “but” technique to condition new alternatives for thought habits are the miraculous word ever and really suited her!It's something like,as soon as you start thinking negative thoughts,insert the word “but” and affirm something positive.For example,I'm not good at cooking,but I'm a quick learner so I just need to find my own method.

wah good attempt for the 1st time...nampak sedap...sedap tak?...i haven't got a chance to cook for berbuka...coz i'll be at school by that time...beli aje apa yg sempat..tengok ur lagsana tu mmmm...should buat for my kids too, they're eyeing for it, after sees yours with that slluurrppp orange juice....
