Daikon-Hori

I went to a daikon(japanese radish;lebih kurang macam ubi sengkuang kalau kat m'sia)-hori yesterday(it's our 2nd Graders' project) and brought back 2 big daikons!Yeah!!
Immediately I asked Ma to cook "Oden" and it seemes that I'll have to wait for the weekends to make fully use of my daikon.
Hmmm...never mind!

I gave the "pretty" one to our next door Japanese family.

umie, ajar aku camne nak buat kuah oden. Terliur! Lagi satu camne nak buat okonomiyaki. Dulu aku terror buat ...

kuah oden ada tare dia..beli je kt kedai then buhoh!hehe..senag bai tu.cuma nk nikomu dia tu la lama skit,but i use shuffle-chef..biar je semalaman.
okonokiyaki pon ada kona dia jyan?campur je semua2...cabbage,seafood,telur,then goreng/bakar mcm hotcake tu.senang deshou?

kat Mesia sekarang ni pun sejuk, hari-hari hujan. Duduk dalam rumah, siap pakai sweater - jadinya, amatlah sesuai untuk makan oden, tak gitu? :D

ni kan ker lobak putih mama oiii.......ada ka sengkuang plak...kuikuikui.......tp rasa truk betoi..x lalu cek..depa suh buat jus nk bg susu byk...buat sekerat minum mcm nk pengsan...x sedapppppppppp.....

kak umie, daikon kan.. kalu yg style jual yg dah potong 2 tuh, part bwh lagi manis atau part atas lagi manis ek?
